THE EXCELLENCE ACADEMY PROGRAM U13/U14 and U15/U16

The Academy program for boys and girls U13/U14 and U15/U16 players presents serious youth
players with a professional training program in a setting where serious players with a keen desire to learn train together.
The players will accelerate their technical and tactical skills to reveal their
individual potential and maximize soccer opportunities. The Academy program will focus on all aspects of player development: technical skill,
reading the game tactically, positioning, speed of thought and action, mental skills and fitness.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
- Developmental training sessions will be held once per week from Sept to March
- Sessions will be held at the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence Turf facility on Sunday mornings.
- Maximum of 10-14 players per coach
- Training sessions will be done by professionally trained and certified coaches
- We do accept players at any time during the program if space is available
- Priority is given to players that register for the entire six month
training program

• Sept 19 - Nov 14 2010 (OFF THANKSGIVING) & Jan 16 - March 6, 2011 (16 weeks total)
• BU13/U14 and BU15/U16: TIME 10:35am - 12:00pm (arrive 5 mins early)
• GU13/U14 and GU15/U16: TIME 10:35am - 12:00pm (arrive 5 mins early)

The Academy program is a full time six month training program. We do, however,
accept players at any time during the program if space is available.

• Full Payment Option - One cheque $414.40: ($370.00 plus HST $22.20) is required for the full amount.

2011 PREMIER ACADEMY TEAMS
Over the years, academy players have formed teams to participate in regional academy
tournaments and international events in the US and in the future plan to tour Portugal, Denmark and South Africa. Players train
and play together for a period of 4-6 months during this fall/winter months (Sept-Nov and Jan-March) and in
spring/summer months (Apr - June) play in tournaments. Please see our Spring/Summer Premier Academy Teams
page for more information on tournament teams.
The 2011 academy teams for boys and girls will start to be formed during this Excellence academy program
for Spring competition teams in the age groups of U10/11 , U12, U13/14 ,U15/16 . The focus of this program is mainly
individual playerdevelopment.
